Ingredients

1-14.5 oz. can diced tomatoes with celery. onion, green pepper
1-14.5 oz. can Mexican stewed tomatoes
1-15 oz. can enchilada sauce
1-4 oz. can diced green chiles
1-26.5 oz. can black beans (drained)
1-48 oz. box low sodium chicken stock
1 C. chopped onions
2 C. frozen corn kernels
2.5 C. cooked shredded chicken
1 tsp. ground cumin
1 tsp. chili powder
Tips
Serve with crushed tortilla chips, low-fat sour cream, and shredded cheese on top. (topping calories not included)
