Ingredients

    Saffron, .125 tsp
    Sazon Low-Sodium Seasoning, 2 tsp
    Long Grain White Rice, uncooked, 2 cup
    Sea Salt, 1 tsp
    Olive Oil, 1 tbsp
    Water, 4 cups

Directions

Add saffron and sazon to water. Heat water until boiling. Add rice and oil. Cook with the top on the pot until it reaches a hard boil, then reduce to lowest setting for 20 minutes. Remove from heat, and let rice rest for 10 minutes. Fluff the rice, then serve immediately.
