    Pie crust, frozen, ready-to-bake, 1 crust, single 9"
    Egg, fresh, 2 extra large
    Fat free half and half, 1.5 cup
    Brown Sugar, .5 cup, packed
    Pumpkin, canned, without salt, 1 15-oz. can
    Vanilla Extract, 2 tbsp
    Nutmeg, ground, .25 tsp
    Cinnamon, ground, 1 tsp
    Ginger, ground, .25 tsp


Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Combine pumpkin, eggs, sugar, spices and vanilla. Once combined, add half and half. Bake for 1 hour. Pie will continue to set while cooling.

Serving Size: Makes 8 servings.
