1 (12oz.) can of spinach
2 (12oz.) cans of artichoke hearts
2 Tblsp. Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1 Tblsp. Basil
1 clove garlic, minced
Combine spinach and artichokes in a medium size bowl.
In a separate small bowl, combine olive oil, basil, and garlic.
Pour sauce mix over spinach and artichoke mixture and combine thoroughly.
Pour mixture into a greased baking pan and bake on center over rack for 25 minutes or until artichokes begin to brown.
Serve and enjoy!
