Low Carb-Soy Free Baking Mix

Ingredients

    1 C Spelt Flour
    1 C Coconut Flour
    1 C Vital Wheat Gluten
    1/2 C Flaxseed Meal
    2 TBS Baking Powder
    1 t Salt
    5 Packets of Splenda or 2 TBS

Tips

For biscuits: a muffin pan will help keep the shape


Directions

Combine ingredients and mix with whisk. Store in an airtight container.

When ready to use:
Add milk and 1 egg until desired consistency (more or less moisture is needed depending on altitude). Makes great pancakes and biscuits.
