Chilli Butty!

Introduction

a butty is a sandwich. good hangover food. a butty is a sandwich. good hangover food.

Ingredients

    Chlli Non Carne:

    200g (half can) chopped tomatoes
    200g heinz baked beans
    1/2 a chilli, chopped
    handful quorn mince
    1tsp black pepper

    Sandwich:
    slices tomato
    Iceburg Lettuce
    Bread

    Sides:
    2 tbs coleslaw
    1/2 Potato

Directions

1. put the tomatoes, beans, chilli, mince and pepper in a saucepan over heat. (you dont have to fry quorn mince).

2. Put the potato in the microwave for 5 mins. (turn over halfway through)

3. put the tomato and lettuce on the bread

4. put the chilli mix on the sandwich

5. cut your jacket potato in half and put the coleslaw inside
