London Broil
Submitted by: KEEPINGTHEFAITHIntroduction
This is the easiest thing to make pretty much ever. It is SO tender and good, and the leftover meat makes fantastic sandwiches and/or wraps the next day for lunch! Ingredients
-
2 lb. London broil
1 Tbsp steak rub/seasoning
Pepper
Tips
Directions
Rub both sides of meat with black pepper and any commercial steak rub/seasoning (I use Montreal Steak seasoning).
Place in refrigerator for a few hours before cooking.
Spray broiler pan with nonstick cooking spray and preheat the oven.
Place the pan a medium distance from the heat source.
Broil on one side for 7-8 minutes, then flip the meat and cook on the other side for 7-8 minutes. It should be medium rare on the inside and nice and crusty on the outside.
Place meat on cutting board and cut into thin strips diagonally against the grain.
Serving Size: Makes about 6 servings
Number of Servings: 6
