Ingredients

256g Almond Butter = 1/2 cup = 8 TBsp
160g Unsweetened Coconut = 1 cup = 16 TBsp
1/2 cup ground flaxseed
1 cup Oats
1/3 cup honey
1tsp vanilla
add
- 1/4 cup chocolate chips or dates, raisins, nuts. Opportunities endless :D
Tips
if 'sticky' ingredients aren't room temp, you can microwave for a few seconds.
if too sticky after it chills you can add a few more oats or coconut flakes...if its too dry try to add a tsp or so f peanut butter.
Directions
about 10 min prep time, 30 min refrigeration
Stir almond butter, honey and vanilla together. Add in the rest of the ingredients (coconut, flaxseed, oats)
Let chill in the refrigerator for 30min.
Once chilled, roll into balls of whatever size you would like. (Mine were about 1″ in diameter.)
Store in an airtight container and keep refrigerated for up to 1 week.
