Number of Servings: 36

Ingredients

    256g Almond Butter = 1/2 cup = 8 TBsp
    160g Unsweetened Coconut = 1 cup = 16 TBsp
    1/2 cup ground flaxseed
    1 cup Oats
    1/3 cup honey
    1tsp vanilla

    add
    - 1/4 cup chocolate chips or dates, raisins, nuts. Opportunities endless :D

Tips

if 'sticky' ingredients aren't room temp, you can microwave for a few seconds.
if too sticky after it chills you can add a few more oats or coconut flakes...if its too dry try to add a tsp or so f peanut butter.

Directions

about 10 min prep time, 30 min refrigeration

Stir almond butter, honey and vanilla together. Add in the rest of the ingredients (coconut, flaxseed, oats)

Let chill in the refrigerator for 30min.
Once chilled, roll into balls of whatever size you would like. (Mine were about 1″ in diameter.)
Store in an airtight container and keep refrigerated for up to 1 week.

Serving Size: makes 36 small balls

Number of Servings: 36
