Ingredients

    *Brandt Extra Lean Kolbassa, 100 g, 2.5 serving (remove)
    *great value diced carrots 1 cup, 1 serving (remove)
    Celery, raw, 1 cup, diced (remove)
    Onions, raw, 1 cup, chopped (remove)
    Cabbage, fresh, .25 head, medium (about 5-3/4" dia) (remove)
    Beans, white, 1.5 cup (remove)
    Chicken Broth, 5 cup (8 fl oz) (remove)
    Beef broth, bouillon, consomme, 1 cup (remove)
    *Tomatoes, Fire-Roasted Diced 1/2 C, 2 serving (remove)
    *Olive Oil Flavorite brand pure olive oil, 1 tbsp (remove)
    *Becel, 2 tsp (remove)

Directions

Heat olive oil in pot and add onions, celery, carrots and onion. If too dry add 2 tsp of bezel. Once tender add beans, kielbasa, cabbage and tomatoes. Sauté for a few minutes and then add your stock. Add a bay leaf for added flavour if you want. once boiling add your spinach and let simmer for 25-30 min.
