IntroductionHealthy Cornbread Healthy Cornbread
1 cup corn meal
1 cup whole wheat flour
1 cup almond milk
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/3 cup of canola oil
3 tsp. of water
4 tbsp. of water
1 tbsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp. sea salt
Mix dry ingreadients in a med to lg mixing bowl.
Mix in almond milk, oil, water. Mix well.
Grease round baking pan with canola oil or olive oil.
Pour mix in pan and bake 25 to 30 minutes at 325 degrees or until you can poke the center with a toothpick and it comes out clean.
