Introduction

One of my summer breakfast staples. One of my summer breakfast staples.
Number of Servings: 1

Ingredients

    250 g pitted and quartered apricots, frozen
    400 g plain skim milk yogurt
    2 tbsp dark demerara sugar
    1 tbsp muscovado sugar

Tips

I pour this in a 500 ml bottle and reserve the excess for next day.


Directions

Blend everything in a blender and enjoy.

Serving Size:Makes 625 ml or 1.25 servings of 500 ml
