Turkey Meatloaf

Introduction

Delicious and nutritious. I tried making this recipe this morning to get more protein and veggies into my diet and it worked. You can add other veggies as you so desire or substitute. Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    1.5 lbs 93% lean ground turkey
    2 large, raw eggs
    1/2 c. dried bread crumbs
    1/2 tsp garlic salt
    1/4 tsp ground black pepper
    1/4 c. ketchup
    1 Tbsp A-1 Steak Sauce
    1/4 c. chopped, diced yellow zucchini squash
    1/2 c. orange sweet bell peppers

Tips

Mix it up by adding your favorite spices or herbs to basic recipe! Perhaps Cilantro and Cajun seasonings!


Directions

Preheat oven to 400 degrees.

Spray meatloaf pan with Pam or other spray oil. Set aside.

Chop veggies and add to a large mixing bowl. Add 1.5 lb 93% ground turkey, 2 large raw eggs, 1/2 c bread crumbs, 1/2 tsp garlic salt, 1/4 tsp ground black pepper and mix well.

Serving Size: Makes 6- 1/4 lb services, 245.3 Calories per serving
