Oatmeal Smoothies

Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    1 cup ice
    1/2 cup frozen berries (i used strawberries)
    1/2 cup plain lowfat yogurt
    1 banana
    1/2 cup rolled oats
    1 TBS honey
    1 cup juice or any liquid (calculated with orange juice)

Directions

Place ice and frozen fruit on the bottom of the blender. Add remaining ingredients on top and blend until smooth.

Serving Size: 2-4
