Apple Butter Spice Cake

Ingredients

    1 C.apple butter
    1/2 C.buttermik
    1/3 C, Molasses
    1/4 C, Canola oil
    1 Large egg
    2 tsp vanilla extract
    2 cups all-purpose flour
    1/2 C Packed brown sugar (dark)
    1 T. Ground ginger
    2 t. ground cinnamon
    1 t. allspice
    1/4 t. ground cloves
    2 t. baking soda
    1/2 t. salt

Directions

Heat Oven to 350. Lighty oil 7x11-inch baking pan or coat with cooking spray. Set Aside. In large bowl, whisk together apple butter, buttermilk, molasses, canola oil, egg and vanilla. In another bowl, stir together flour, brown sugar, ginger, cinnamon, allspice, cloves, baking soda and salt. Break up any lumps of brown sugar with your fingertips. Stir dry ingredients into apple butter mixture. Mix Well.Using rubber spatula, scrape batter into prepared baking dish, smoothing top. Bake 35 -45 minutes or until cake feels firm when lightly pressed in center, and skewer inserted in center comes out clean. Let cool 10 minutes and serve
