Introduction

My mom said she saw this on some health show (could have been Dr. Oz) & she swears by it. I love avocado so I gave it a try... YUM! My mom said she saw this on some health show (could have been Dr. Oz) & she swears by it. I love avocado so I gave it a try... YUM!

Ingredients

    1 - avocado
    1/2 - medium orange
    1 tblspn - olive oil

Directions

1. cut avocado in half, remove pit & cut all the fruit into small chunks. Put in small bowl.
2. drizzle some of the olive oil over the avocado
3. cut the half of orange into small chunks & add to bowl.
4. drizzle remaining olive oil
5. blend well
6. enjoy!
