Ingredients

    2 boxes mix betty crocker cinnamon strudel mix
    5 eggs
    2 large very ripe bananas
    2 cups blueberries fresh

Tips

don't over mix! add a little milk if batter seems too dry, should be very thick though.


Directions

mix mashed banana and eggs
fold in dry mix until just moist
fold in bluberries
13x9 pan, layer 1/2 batter, 1 package strudel topping, second 1/2 batter, second package strudel topping
bake 325*, 35-40 min
