Number of Servings: 36

Ingredients

    1/2 cup butter
    1/2 cup pureed white beans
    1 cup brown sugar, packed
    1 cup sugar
    2 eggs
    1 tsp vanilla extract
    1/2 cup whole wheat flour
    1 cup flour
    1 tsp baking soda
    1 tsp salt
    3 cups oats

Tips

May add chocolate or butterscotch chips or raisins or date pieces prior to forming into balls.

For small portions, flash freeze dough balls and then place into freezer bags, bringing out only the portions you wish to bake.


Directions

Cream butter, beans, sugar together. Add eggs and vanilla extract and cream together. Mix flour, baking soda, and salt together and add to creamed mixture until well combined. Stir in oats.

Form into round balls and place in fridge to firm.

Bake at 350 for 8-10 minutes.
