Ingredients

    * Ground beef, extra lean, 32 oz (remove)
    * *Bob's Red Mill Whole Ground Flaxseed Meal, 2 Tbsp., 4 serving (remove)
    * Onions, raw, .25 cup, chopped (remove)
    * Oregano, ground, 1 tsp (remove)
    * Egg substitute, liquid (Egg Beaters), .5 cup (remove)
    * Salt, .25 tsp (remove)
    * Pepper, black, .25 tsp (remove)

Directions

Mix all ingredients together. Bake in over at 350 for 15 mintues or so.
