Number of Servings: 12

Ingredients

    Whey Protein Powder 2 scoops
    1 cup oat flour
    Applesauce 1/4 cup unsweetened
    Cocoa powder, unsweetened, 3 tbsp
    4 egg whites
    1/2 cup of xylitol
    1/2 tsp baking soda
    1/2 cup water

Tips

Cut muffins in half to make servings even smaller. they are pretty filling.


Directions

preheat oven to 350

Mix dry ingredients

mix wet ingredients

Put dry ingredients into wet ingredients and mix.

spray muffin pan with no calorie cooking spray and put mixture in tray.

Bake for about 20 min.
