Introduction

Cardamom flavored rice pudding, mid east style Cardamom flavored rice pudding, mid east style

Ingredients

    3 cups coconut milk
    1.5 cups lite coconut milk
    2 cups 2% milk
    2 cups 1% milk
    2 cups almond milk
    2/3 cup sugar
    1 1/2 cups sugar
    3/4 cup raisins
    1 1/2 tsp. cardamom
    3/4 cup sliced almonds
    3/4 cup chopped pistachios

Directions

Bring milks and sugar to boil, add rice and simmer until rice is tender 20 mins. Add cardamom and raisins. Simmer 5 mins. Serve garnished with nuts.
