Crab Stuffed Mushrooms

Number of Servings: 5

Ingredients

    Mushrooms, fresh, 9 large
    Mushroom stems chopped fine
    Parmesan Cheese, grated, .5 cup
    Blue Crab, canned, 1 can (6.5 oz), drained
    Onions, raw, .25 cup, chopped
    Mayonnaise, regular (mayo), 2 tbsp
    Horseradish, 1 Tbsp
    Worcheshire Sauce, 1 Tbsp


Directions

Wash mushrooms and remove stems. Mix all ingrediants together and stuff mushroom caps.

Bake 10 minutes at 400 and then broil for last 10 minutes.

Serving Size: 5 servings - 2 mushrooms/ serving
