Turkey Chili

Ingredients

Turkey, 93% lean, 21 oz
6 plum tomato
Tomato Sauce, 3.5 cup
Onions, raw, 1 cup, chopped
Banana Peppers, 2 large (5" long)
1Yellow Pepper (bell peppers)
Sweet Corn, Fresh, 1.5 cup
Bush's Reduced Sodium Black Beans, 1.5 cup
Reduced Sodium Kidney Beans, 1.5 cup
Chili powder, 10 tsp
Water, tap, 1 cup (8 fl oz)
Garlic, 4 cloves
Tips
Directions
Brown turkey in a large heavy pot.
Add garlic and chopped onions, cook down for a few minutes.
Add banana and bell peppers, cook down a few minutes.
Add tomatoes and cook down a few minutes.
Cut fresh corn off the cob and roast in a nonstick frypan just until it starts to turn brown on the edges.
Add to the chili pot.
Rinse beans and add to the pot.
Add remaining ingredients and let simmer for 45 minutes or until you are ready to eat! Take care to add water if it gets too thick!
Serving Size: Makes 17 servings, 1.5 cup each.
