Fahitas from the Grill

Introduction

This is great to put in a piece of foil and put on the grill to cook.

Number of Servings: 12

Ingredients

    8 oz. round steak cut into strips
    1 Med. raw red onion
    1 Large Bell pepper,cut into strips
    1/2 tsp. Mrs. Dash, (Your favorite blend)
    1 Tbsp Garlic Powder
    1 tbsp Paprika
    3-4 Tbsp Low Fat Italian Dressing
    12 flour tortillas,(8")
    1 c. grated Colby/Monterrey Jack Cheese

Tips

You can also top with Guacamole and Sour Cream, or Pico De Gillo. I Like mine with slices of Avocado. You can also add rice to this or serve with Spanish Rice.

Directions

Mix cut up meat with Italian Dressing. Add seasonings and vegetables. Mix all together and divide into 3 separate pieces of foil. Package up in bundles and poke 2-3 small slits. Place on hot Grill and cook for 45 minutes turning once during the process.
When done put 1/4 of a package on warmed tortillas and top with cheese. Roll up and enjoy!
