16 oz pork tenderloin, cubed 1 cup Kikkoman stir-fry sauce 1 cup white jasmine rice 1 1/2 cup water 2 bags Mann's california stir fry 1/4 cup water (approx) 3 bags (servings) Nama yakisoba 3/4 cup water 2 tsp sesame oil 5 tbsp vegetable oil, divided
Marinate pork tenderloin in stir-fry sauce. Cook rice in water, per directions on package, put in large bowl with a lid. Saute pork, in sauce, until done and pour in bowl. Heat 1 tbsp vegetable oil and lightly saute 1 bag vegetable stir fry, add a little bit of water and cover with lid to steam briefly. Put in bowl with pork and rice. Repeat with remaining bag of vegetables. Heat 3 tbsp vegetable oil and add yakisoba noodles, cook per directions on package. Toss noodles in bowl and enjoy!
