Introduction

A nice, quick, sugarless take on cucumber salad. A nice, quick, sugarless take on cucumber salad.
Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    - 3 Cucumbers, sliced
    - 2 tbsp of lemon juice
    - 1 cup reduced fat sour cream
    - salt and pepper to taste


Tips

If no bowl with lid is available, you can toss ingredients in a large Ziploc bag to coat the cucumbers, then transfer to a serving dish.

Sour cream gives the cucumbers a thick coat with this recipe. You can reduce the amount to your liking.


Directions

Add ingredients to bowl with a lid, toss gently with a spoon. Put lid on bowl, shake vigorously to help coat cucumbers.
