3 c. water 2 pkg. sugar free vanilla instant pudding 1 pkg. orange jello 3 T. instant tapioca 2 cans mandarin oranges 1 8-oz. carton sugar free whipped topping
Mix dry puddings, jello and tapioca in large microwave safe mixing bowl. Heat 3 cups water until boiling in microwave. Mix with puddings, mixing until lumps are mostly gone. Microwave at 30 second intervals, stirring after each interval, until thickened. Cool completely. Add oranges and whipped topping. Chill until ready to serve.
