Number of Servings: 12

Ingredients

    1/2 cup milk
    1 cup peanut butter
    1 tablespoon honey
    (combine the above over low heat)
    1 1/2 cup whey protein powder (chocolate or vanilla)
    2 cups oats
    (add over low heat so it's easier to stir, but don't cook)

    spread in 9X13 pan and let cool.
