Apricot Pecan Bars

Ingredients

    1 (8 oz.) Pkg. Reduced Fat Refrigerated Crescent Rolls
    1 1/2 C. Chopped Pecans, Divided
    3/4 C. Splenda
    1/2 tsp. Ground Cinnamon
    1/4 tsp. Ground Nutmeg
    1 (12 oz.) Jar All Fruit Apricot Preserves
    3/4 C. Whole Wheat Flour
    2 Tbsp. Wheat Germ
    2 Tbsp. Flax Seed Meal
    1/2 C. Packed Splenda Brown Sugar Blend
    1/2 C. Cold Smart Balance Light Buttery Spread
    1 C. Unsweetened Flaked Coconut

Directions

1. Unroll crescent dough into a rectangle; press into a greased 13x9x2-in. baking pan. Sprinkle with 1 C. pecans, Splenda, cinnamon & nutmeg. Drop preserves over the top.
2. In a bowl, combine the flour, wheat germ, flax seed meal, & brown sugar blend; cut in Smart Balance. Add the coconut & remaining pecans. Sprinkle over preserves. Bake at 375 degrees F for 25-30 min. or until golden brown. Cool on a wire rack before cutting.
