Introduction

I listed ingredients by canned variables though I use my garden tomatoes and usually substitute my own fresh veggies. I also use venison I grind myself. Since most don't I used the commercial closest to what mine would be. I listed ingredients by canned variables though I use my garden tomatoes and usually substitute my own fresh veggies. I also use venison I grind myself. Since most don't I used the commercial closest to what mine would be.
Number of Servings: 7

Ingredients

    1 box velveeta cheesebur mac cheesy skillets
    1# lean meat (I use my ground venison)
    14.5 oz Diced Tomatoes (I use my organic grown tomatoes)
    1 bag Live Smart Schwans roasted Peppers and onions

Tips

Most would consider this a dinner but I eat it as lunch.


Directions

I cook by the box directions except for adding the tomatoes and the roasted veggies from freezer unthawed when water is close to gone. Cook another 5 minutes or less if you like veggies firm like me.
Again you can cook until most of the juices are gone before removing from heat and stirring in cheese sauce.

Serving Size: Makes 7.5 cups
