Chinese chicken and Brocolli

Ingredients

    Chicken Breast, no skin, 6 ounces
    Broccoli, frozen, 1 cup
    *Soy Sauce, 1 tbsp
    Corn Starch, .12 cup
    Salt, 1 dash
    Pepper, black, 1 dash
    slice onions .50 cup
    one cup of white rice

Tips

u can also use any other vegs. whatever u have on hand.
Serve over a cup of white rice.


Directions

microwave brocolli for 5 mins drain and set aside
cut up chicken breast into bite sized pieces season with salt, pepper, and garlic (or any other seasonings u may prefer)
in med. sauce pan brown chicken in seseme oil (10 mins)
when chicken is done add onion and sautee till opague
then
mix corn starch in 1/2 cup cold water and pour over the chicken mixure stir till thicken (1min) add soy sauce and brocoli...and Enjoy over white rice
cook rice like u prefer
