Banana Custard Oats

Ingredients

    • 1/2 cup oats
    • 1 cup water
    • 1 egg
    • 1 small to medium banana
    • 1 t ground cinnamon
    • 1/2 T maple syrup
    • pinch of salt

Directions

Step one: In a pan over medium-low heat, add the oatmeal, water, egg and salt.
Step two: Light up your fire and whisk, whisk, whisk!
Step three: After the oatmeal, egg and water are well-mixed, step away from the stove.
Step four: Peel your banana, and mash with a fork.
Step five: Once the oatmeal is cooked to your desired thickness (I like mine real thick…TWSS?), add the mushed banana, cinnamon, maple syrup and mix well.
Step six: Pick your toppings – peanut butter, chocolate chips, coconut, etc (not included in nutritional info)
