Ingredients

    Shrimp, pre-cooked, Great Value 41-60 Count
    Garlic, 4 tsp
    Bread crumbs, 2 tsp
    Parsley, 1 tsp dried or 1 TBSP fresh, chopped
    Butter, 1 TBSP
    Olive Oil, 1/8 cup or any use canola oil
    White Wine, 1 cup
    Lemon, 2 TBSP

Tips

Serve over 1 cup Angel Hair Pasta = addl. 200 calories


Directions

Buy shrimp that is pre-cooked, take tails off under cold water. Combine olive oil, white wine, parsley, and lemon juice to make marinade. Marinate shrimp for 15-30 minutes before cooking.

In a skillet saute a few spoons of bread crumbs, parsley and garlic in a little olive oil and butter until lightly browned. (Add garlic after a few moments so that it doesn't brown).

Add shrimp and marinade to pan, cook about 10 minutes until bubbly.
