Ingredients

    *Raw lentiles, 0.5 cup (remove)
    *Ancient Harvest Traditional Whole Grain Quinoa, 1 serving =.25 cup dry, 0.5 cup (remove)
    Carrots, raw, 1 large (7-1/4" to 8-1/2" long) (remove)
    Onions, raw, 1 medium (2-1/2" dia) (remove)
    Green Beans (snap), 60 grams (remove)
    Celery, raw, 2 stalk, medium (7-1/2" - 8" long) (remove)
    Oregano, ground, 1 tsp (remove)
    Peas, fresh, 0.25 cup (remove)
    Salt, 1 tsp (remove)
    Nutmeg, ground, 0.5 tsp (remove)

Directions

Place all ingredients except salt into a large pot and bring to a simmer. Cover and cook for 1 hour, stirring occasionally, until lentils are tender. Add salt to taste.
