Pasta and Turkey Sausage

Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    1/2 box of pasta
    Med onion
    2 cloves garlic
    6 sausage links
    large can of crushed tomatoes,
    1 tsp oregano
    1 tsp black pepper
    1 tsp salt
    Add 1/2 bag of frozen green beans

Directions

Cook 1/2 box of pasta per directions
Chop onion and garlic, cut sausage links into 1 inch sections
Coat frying pan well with non-stick spray
Heat to med
Add onions, turkey and garlic
Cook until sausage is browned, stirring frequently
add Crushed tomatoes, 1 tsp oregano, 1 tsp black pepper and 1 tsp salt
Add 1/2 bag of frozen green beans
cook for another 5 minutes
Place pasta in casserole dish and bake at 350 for 1/2 hour
Serve with 1 tbsp (per serving) of parmesan cheese at the table

Makes 6 generous servings
