Introduction

Ingredients

    grilled, boneless, skinless chicken breast
    small red onion
    mini dill pickle ( or relish)
    real mayonnaise (full fat )
    salt
    pepper

Tips

this is a dryer version of salad. you can add a tablespoon or two of pickle juice to moisten things up. Non fat mayo, Greek yogurt are all fine to substitute, but i like the flavor of the real stuff. Just keep your others meals light the day you plan on eating it.


Directions

using leftover grilled chicken (or grill it), shred or cut into small pieces. place in bowl.
chop up one small, red onion. place in bowl.
chop up one small (mini) dill pickle (0r use relish). Place in bow.
add 4 mayo to bowl
salt and pepper to taste
mix
enjoy
