Salt, 1 tsp
Sweet potato, 1 cup, cubes
Beans, red kidney, 1 cup
Beans, black, 0.5 cup
Onions, raw, 0.5 cup, chopped
Garlic powder, 1 tbsp
*Coconut Milk, 1 cup
*Nutrela Soya Chunks, 50 gram(s)
Thyme, ground, 1 tbsp
Basil, 2 tbsp
Water, tap, 1 cup (8 fl oz)
Black pepper, 1 serving
*Canola Oil, 2 tbsp
Hydrate Nutrela by soaking it in hot water for about 5mins. Wash them with tap water to get the smell out.
-Add desired amount of salt to taste.
-Add all the spices; black pepper, garlic powder, thyme and basil.
-add 1 cup of Coconut milk
-Add Black beans and Kidney beans
-add 1 cup of chopped sweet potato
-Add hydrated and washed soya chunks
-slow cook for approximately 30mins or until sweet potato is tender.
-Serve with rice
