Ingredients
5 cups Old Fashioned Quaker Oatmeal
1/2 cup Pearled Barley
1/4 cup Steel Cut Oats
2 cups Oat Bran
3 TB Ground Flax Seed Meal (ground flax),
1/4 cup Amaranth Grain
2 TB Ground, Hulled Hemp Seed
1/4 Cup Bulgar
1/4 cup Whole Grain Quinoa
1 Cup Walnuts, finely chopped (or other nuts)
1 Cup Raisins,
1/2 cup Cranberries, dried, (craisins)
3 TB *Organic Sucanat,
1 cup, Brown Sugar, packed
Tips
Add a little warm milk, or a few tablespoons of apple juice. Juggle the amounts to suit your own tastes. Add other grains, and nuts as desired
Directions
Stir all ingredients together. Store in an air tight container in the refrigerator.
To serve, put 1/2 cup dry mix into bowl, cover with boiling water. Let set 2-3 minutes. Or, cover with cold water and microwave 1 minute
