Amish Baked Oatmeal

Ingredients

    1-1/2 C. Oatmeal (quick cook recommended)
    1/3 C. Brown Sugar
    1/2 C. Milk (calculated w/1%)
    1/4 C. Smart Balance (Butter/Margarine)
    1 egg
    1 tsp Vanilla
    1/3 Cup Raisins
    1 tbsp cinnamon
    1/8 C. Walnuts (optional-calculated with)

Directions

Combine dry ingredients first, melt butter and add with rest of liquid ingredients. Mix well. Spread in greased 9x13 pan, Bake @ 350 for 25-30 minutes.
