3 lbs Chicken Breast, no skin
1 lrg Green Bell Pepper
I raw red Onions,
2 Summer Squash
20 medium fresh Mushrooms
1 cup Teriyaki Sauce (1/2 for marinating and 1/2 for cooking)
Fist cut up the chicken breast into one inch chunks place in bowl with teriyaki
While chicken is marinating cut veggies into medium chunks
Make skewers layering veggies and chicken …. I use 2 pieces chicken, 2 slices zucchini, 2 slices squash, 2 slices onion, one piece bell pepper, and one mushroom (whole) onto one skewer.
Heat grill to medium heat.
Place skewers on grill and cook for 3-5 min on each side brush extra teriyaki onto whole skewer while cooking
Serving Size: 1 skewer is a serving
