6 cups blueberries, frozen or fresh
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. stevia or 1/4 cup of sugar
Frozen blueberries take longer to cook in comparison to fresh.

Cook blueberries, stirring constantly until thick. About 15 -20 minutes.
Place blueberries in a jar and let it sit on your counter until cool.
Store in the refrigerator.
