Ingredients

1/3 cup cold water
2 egg yolks
1 package shirrif lemon pie filling
1 tub light cool whip
1 premade angel food cake
Tips
**this dessert will keep in fridge for 7 days, although I've never had it last that long ;)
Directions
*follow directions on shirrif pie filling box to cook on stove, let the coked mixture cook completely, make sure to stir every so often so the mixture doesnt form a hard film on top
* once cooled fold in entire tub of cool whip
*smear a small amount of lemon/cool whip mixture on bottom of dessert cup
* slice angel food cake into 24 even sized slices
*layer a slice of angel food cake
*add another layer of lemon/cool whip mixture
*add another slice of cake
* top with more lemon/cool whip mixture
**you should have a double layer of each cake and lemon when finished, let sit in fridge for a couple hours and serve.
