1 cup low-fat soy milk
1/4 cup 100% concord grape juice
7 oz low-fat tofu
1/2 cup cold water
1 cup peaches
1/2 cup mango chunks
1/2 cup unsweetened apple sauce
add apple sauce
blend on low till mixed
turn speed to high
Add frozen fruits through handle hole in lid while continue to blend at high speed. Do this one piece at a time and wait for grinding to end before adding another piece of fruit.
Pour and Enjoy!
