1 16 oz salmon filet
1 tsp wasabi powder
1 tbsp low sodium teriyaki sauce
4 tbsp Hellman's light mayonnaise
In a small bowl, mix together the mayonnaise, teriyaki sauce and wasabi powder. Place the salmon on a greased baking tray, skin side down. Spread the mayonnaise mixture evenly over the top.
Bake for 20 minutes in the preheated oven, or until fish flakes with a fork.
