Pasta with Garlic Tomatoe Parmasan SauceSubmitted by: MOMMYONTHEGO
IntroductionMy favorite recipe for if I'm in a hurry! My favorite recipe for if I'm in a hurry!
* Garlic, 5 cloves minced
* 10 small plum tomatoes, diced
* Olive Oil, 3 tbsp
* Italiano Seasoning, 2 heaping Tbls
* Pasta, cooked, 1 lb
* Parmesan Cheese, grated, 1/2 cup
* Salt 3 tsp
Put water on hight heat in a large pot.
While the water is heating, dice tomatoes, mince garlic and grate cheese.
When water comes to a boil. Add pasta and 2 tsp salt, stir occasionally. Cook pasta for about 6 min or until it is aldante.
Saute garlic in the olive oil over medium heat about 1 min. then add tomatoes, 1 tsp salt and seasoning and simmer until it looks saucy.
Strain Pasta put it back into the pot, add the sauce and stir to coat the pasta. Add cheese, stir and serve.
