Chicken fried rice & veggies

Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    1 tsp Olive Oil
    12 oz Chicken breast cubed
    72 g Mushrooms (about a cup)
    158 g Onions slivered (one small)
    89 g Carrots, shredded (about a cup)
    89 g Frozen chopped broccli (about a cup)
    1 tsp minced garlic
    1 tsp ginger, ground
    4 L egg whites
    2 cups cooked brown rice

    sause
    1 cup water
    2 tbsp sweet and sour sauce
    1 tsp chili poweder

Directions

Cook chicken in oil...set aside.
cook all veggies and spices about 5 mins....set aside.
Spray pan with cooking spray scrample egg whites stirring until just done.
Add rice...mix....add chicken...mix...add veggies...mix...add sauce mixture of (water, sweet and sour sauce. and chili powder)....mix, heat all together....serv.


Serving Size: Makes 6 205g serves about 7oz each
