Introduction

Very quick meal Very quick meal
Number of Servings: 2

Ingredients

    3 eggs
    1/4 C milk
    Leek
    Zucchini
    Tomato
    Onion
    Cheese

Directions

Scramble eggs and milk together and put into a hot greased fry pan. While still not cooked add as much of all the other ingredients as you like. When almost cooked fold in half.
When fully cooked cut in half and serve with a side salad.
