Number of Servings: 10

Ingredients

    1kg ground beef/mince, as lean as possible
    1 onion
    1 C seasoned bread crumbs
    1 C grated carrot
    2 mushrooms
    1 egg

Directions

Mix everything together in one bowl putting only 1/2 of the breadcrumbs into the mixture. Coat the outside of each patty with the leftover breadcrumbs. Glad wrap and freeze to be eaten in burgers with salad and potato wedges.
