Delicious... Next time I might marinate the chicken in some Lime and Pepper to give it a little extra. The dressing was AMAZING! Even my boyfriend liked it and he's a creamy ranch kinda guy :) - 7/19/12

  • I am going grocery shopping and all the ingredients I need happen to be on sale this week so I think I will make this for myself. Too much sugar for hubby but he won't be here so it's perfect for me and if my son won't try it when he gets home from work, he can use the chicken breast on a reg salad - 1/25/12

  • I was expecting a little more sweet and not quite as much bite (the vinegar & dijon mustard, I guess). I think I will reduce them a little if I make this again. - 1/22/09

  • Yeah, this sounds perfect for those HOT Arizona summer lunches or dinners when I don't want to spend a lot of time in a hot kitchen. I don't care for dijon mustard, so will omit it. I like the idea of adding walnuts, though. - 1/21/09
