CHICKEN AND SQUASH

Introduction

A quick, light, tasty dinner. A quick, light, tasty dinner.
Number of Servings: 1

Ingredients

    1 small onion, diced, about 1/2 cup
    1 or more small zucchini, quartered and sliced
    3 oz cooked chicken
    2/3 c cooked brown rice
    1/2 c Hunts Spaghetti sauce, any kind


Tips

You could use rotissore chicken or any left over meat. It will change the calculation. I used chicken breast.


Directions

Dice onion, put in skillet on medium heat. While it's cooking, slice the zucchini. Add zucchini. Measure chicken and brown rice. Makes a great dinner for 1.

Add a fruit for a complete meal. (not included in calculation)

Serving Size: Make one serving about 3 cups.
