Ingredients

    3 bell peppers, seeded cut in half
    1lb lean ground beef
    1/2 c brown rice, cooked according to pkg dir
    15 oz can diced tomatoes
    1/3 c chopped onion
    1 tsp poultry seasoning
    1/4 tsp ground black pepper
    1 Tlb parsley
    1 egg

Directions

Cut peppers in half, seed and core. Arrange in glass pan and pour a little juice from tomatoes into each half. Microwave 5 minutes. Combine remaining ingredients. Stuff peppers. Cover with waxed paper and microwave on high for 12 minutes.
Makes 6 servings, one half each
( one half is less calories. Serve with salad, baked sweet potato and green beans and fruit
